They won the bid because of their promptness, professionalism, knowledge, respecting us as intelligent consumers, and good price. They scheduled our job within the month but were able to come a few days earlier because rain was expected. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, took pains to protect our house, flower gardens, and lawn from the large band of busy roofers. They completed the job that day and left with absolutely no sign they had ever been there except for our beautiful roof. "I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"I highly recommend Mr. Roof to replace your roof. Paul is an expert. He evaluated our roof and provided a recommendation to us. He chose a new roof asphalt color that matched our 15 year old garage. Our house was built in 1926 and it had four previous roofs that needed removed. Those layers were a shingle roof, two asphalt tile roofs and a cedar shake roof all on a layers of strip wood. He had his team remove that four layered roof. Then he applied plywood sheathing. Then they expertly laid down asphalt shingles. The crew was clean, safe efficient and worked quietly and quickly. Mr. Roof's crew kept the yard very neat and they left the yard immaculate. We appreciated Mr. Roof's expert roof replacement job. They were able to get us scheduled during a good weather window. "Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."
