"I called BMLand PC and asked for someone to take a look at the work I needed in my yard. Leah came and looked over everything and was very knowledgeable in her line of work. She informed me of many problems in my yard and what she could do. I asked her just to take care of the lawn and trim the palm trees and clean up the flower beds. The next day she called with a proposal that I thought was very fair and competative to other bids I had gotten. She informed me of what she could come by to take care of the yard. She and one helper showed up on time and worked the whole day on my yard. At the end of the job she informed me that she sprayed for weeds after weeding all the beds, my palms looked great, the lawn was imaculate. I was amazed at the transformation. She also informed me that she sprayed for bugs and fertilized the palms, lawn and shrubs. This was alot more work than I expected for the price agreed on. And the work was very well done and cleaned up at the end. All refuse was hauled off. I thought that the county would come and pick it up. All in all a job above and beyond and well done!"
