"I hired Raymundo to plaster some walls and ceilings for me, I paid $1800.00, a week later the painters came and painted the walls, then they started blistering, the whole job was improperly prepped and has caused the painting job to not be done correctly, I called Raymundo and told him the problem, he sent somebody out to redo the work, Raymundo did pay my painter to re paint, the painter started painting and noticed I still have the same problem, now it is going to cost me approximately 3 times more that I paid to have the work done correctly, I had also had expensive flooring done and now I am worried about that. At that point, raymundo contacted me and asked if i wanted my money back and i said no i said i wanted it correctly done and raymundo stated it will be done correctly, he started sending his guys over and piece by piece every issue was resolved. Including multiple re-plastering and re-painting. This was done at no additional charge and they had a lot of integrity and perseverance in completing my project to my satisfaction"
