Received an e-mail soon afterwards with the scope of the work to be done and the cost. It was exactly as we had discussed. I approved and set a date and time due them to begin. They arrived on time and began. They completed the job on time, exactly as we discussed, and in the amount I agreed to. When the job was complete, their cleanup was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience! They were also much less expensive than the three other bids I received."
