"I want to recommend Fonseca and Griffin Plumbing in East Syracuse. I called them about 2 months ago to fix a leak under a bathroom sink. Plumber Jason came and fixed the leak. But the problem reappeared today and Jason juggled his work schedule to return immediately to fix it. Turns out that the new leak was from a different source than the original problem—nonetheless, Jason and the company agreed to adjust the charge for the second visit in a very fair manner. I judge a company both by their expertise and customer care—and give Fonseca and Griffin high marks in both areas!"

A quick check on Angie's List for a highly rated plumber led us to call Mike at Jerry's Plumbing and Heating. He returned our call quickly, came over immediately and replaced the pump in a short amount of time. It helped that we had a back up pump on hand. I might add that he did all this while we were talking to him from out of town."

"It could NOT have gone BETTER ! You get what you pay for in this situation believe me. The men left the premises as they found it. The basement floor had to be removed over the restriction and the pipe entered at that point. A brass flapper had broken away from its mooring points and was lodged in the pipe under the floor beyond the valve housing which originally contained it. This flapper was retrieved and the line was sealed . The toilet was removed and replaced with a very nice low water usage unit which works very well. After the men left I ran the vacuum cleaner over the floor just for exercise as they had already done that !"
