"We needed a circular driveway installed. Lots of grading and ild concrete and gravel removal. They demoed, grade and installed the forms all in the same day, quick and clean. They tamped the grounds and got it all ready to be poured. Pouring took about 4 to 6 hours and those guys worked very hard and fast. The concrete truck driver cleaned up the street after pouring making the street look clean as it was before the pour. They finished the concrete and installed expansion joints where needed. Took a 3rd day for all the forms to be removed and cleaned up. The driveway looks beautiful and the work is top notch. We used 3000psi fiber mesh concrete and the final product is very strong. I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside.
