"I called Site Rite (Bernadette Moskunas), the process was explained thoroughly and a contract was e-mailed to me. <em> I signed the contract and sent a deposit of $350, then an appt. was set for the survey by Bernadette. <br /> On 9/26/12, the surveyor ca</em>me out and explained what he was doing and how he was marking my property lines. My property was marked with wooded sticks with orange and green streamers. My neighbors couldn't miss them. <br /> After the survey demarkations were visible, my 4 of 5 neighbors started mowing their yards up to my property lines. For 7 years we have paid to mow and treat more land than we owned. Only one of my 5 neighbors was truthful about his property line. <br /> Bernadette was very responsive to my needs and was quick to survey my property, therefore quickly settling a neighborhood dispute. I found out that only one neighbor had surveyed his property. The rest were guessing wrong!!! <br />"

I am a one-person sole proprietorship, using a robotic total station to do my surveying work, which I do in Baltimore and surrounding counties. I haven't used subcontractors in the past. My West Virginia licenses are Professional Engineer #9188, Professional Land Surveyor #828. I don't have a lot of experience in structural engineering, and I am not insured for that, so I don't practice it.

"They are great. Paul Ramsey came out. Everything is fine. They found a little bit of mold that's ubiquitous, and it's not a problem. He showed us a couple pieces of old antique furniture and down in the basement where some stuff was growing. He said to clean it and that would get rid of the little bit of mold that's there. he went through the whole house, and it's fine. They are very good. He was very thorough and very honest. He was even two minutes early. We used the Angies List coupon."
