He lent us the large-size samples to bring home to do color matching. He then came over to measure exactly, specify, and propose the specs and costs. Upon acceptance he ordered the materials and scheduled the work. The two specialists came on time and did excellent, professional work (10/31/19 - 11/1/19). We've given it 7 weeks before writing the review, during which we are enjoying the new flooring more and more, and are glad we did this long-needed upgrade.
