"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

"<p>Ronnie was the first to answer my Angie's List ad. He came to my house on a Sunday to accommodate our work schedules. He was quick to provide the estimate. He worked well with other contractors and trades on the job, in spite of a difficult pool installer. Ronnie, along with his crew of family members were most helpful throughout the entire process. They bought professionalism and expertise to the project from cradle to grave. They were considerate and maintained a clean, uncluttered job site  He and his crew were pleasant and knowledgeable on all aspects of the project. The entire team was good natured when issues arose from another contractor. Ronnie quickly came up with a fix, applied the fix  minimizing the aggravation of the other contractors screw up. </p> <p>Throughout the job, suggestions were made and input was sought to better the final product. I find R&M to be anything BUT your typical nickel and dime contractor that will bid low and try to change order your every last dollar. His bid was fair and reasonable.  Ronnie held true to it, even when additional work was required to follow behind the pool contractors screw up.</p> <p>I see R & M Home Improvement as standard bearers for what a company should be. They have a strong understanding of customer service and have a "can do approach".  I would not hesitate to hire them again for future jobs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor.  It is also noteworthy that 2 days after completion, Ronnie called to check in and see if we were pleased with the finished product.
