"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. "Working with Wes was an excellent experience! I spoke with him on the phone about the work I needed done, and later that same day while he was in the area he stopped by my house (as promised) and he provided me an estimate on the spot. It is always great to talk with the person who provides the estimates and also who does the work because there is little chance for miscommunication. We worked out the date for the work and he arrived as promised. As Wes hinted, my house looks like it has a new roof! Some time ago I had a few shingles damaged and had to replace those. The replacement shingles where light brown on a dark brown roof; they really stuck out. After Wes did his job, my roof is all one color of light brown! The old shingles were just that dirty! I've included a picture of the "new" roof. Since the dirt came down the sides of the house, Wes basically washed a lot of the house just to make sure we didn't have dirt streaks on our home. That was a really professional touch. Wes then got to work on our paver sidewalk that had experienced a lot of moss and mold growth and was now becoming a hazard to walk on. Now, even in the rain we have sure footing. And again, Wes cleaned off any excess sand and dirt. The work Wes did was very high quality and I will not hesitate to use him again and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs house cleaning and roof work done. His pricing was very good and for the quality of his work it's a bargain. He's professional, responsible, and great to work with!"
