"We were at the point of replacing our roof and did an extensive search for a roofing company. After speaking with several companies we chose Roofing Logic, based in Quakertown, PA. Leslie, the owner, provided a very clear, informative and low-pressure presentation, offering many options based on price and type of materials available. Results were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the professional, hardworking crew, who arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. Mike, the foreman, was on-site throughout. But the story continues. Just a few months later we were hit by a severe storm that did extensive damage to the outside of the house. Of course we called Roofing Logic back to do the work, this time including a new roof, siding, rake metals, fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts. Again the results were excellent. We especially appreciated Leslie and Mike making several trips to assess our damage and helping us work with the insurance company to ensure that all damages were properly identified and repaired. Leslie, Mike and his entire crew are professional, on-time, thorough and extremely courteous. Our projects were completed in a timely manner and the job site was left spotless upon completion of the project. "Joe Manee came out to do the estimate for attic and crawl space cleaning for a small bungalow on the same property as the main house. There is only outside access to the attic, so no one ever goes up there unless there's a heating or A/C problem, and there is currently no one living there. Joe took lots of pictures which showed that animals had gotten into the attic, left seeds and droppings, and there was one old mouse carcass (yuck). The crawl space showed evidence that mice had gotten in. And there was one large pile of debris on a side roof near a downspout which apparently was raccoon droppings. Joe was such a pleasure to deal with! He gave me his honest opinions on what should be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated the time that he spent in answering all of my questions. Francisco and his team came out to do the work. They removed all debris and old insulation from the crawl space and attic. They vacuumed the attic and disinfected the attic and crawl space. They replaced a mesh screen that another company had installed (termite company) due to a prior problem of squirrels getting into the attic. Joe had noted that the other company had installed what looked to be regular window screen mesh instead of galvanized metal, and an animal (probably a raccoon) had torn right through it. Francisco and his team installed proper mesh, sprayed foam insulation where needed to seal air gaps and pipes (and some sections in the crawl space where there were cracks in the foundation mortar and you could see light coming in), installed baffles for proper air flow, and installed new R-30 insulation in the attic. And they removed the raccoon debris from the roof. Francisco showed me before and after pictures and kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He and his team were also a pleasure to deal with! I would hire Atticrawl again in a heartbeat!"

"Jim and Jerry were very professional and easy to work with. Demo’s the deck and removed all materials. New deck went up in 3 days with exceptional workmanship. "Our experience with Guardian has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."
