Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished. Not only was Matt the only one who did not insist on talking to my husband, he was professional and gave the lowest bid. If you are a woman looking for repairs or a new roof, this is the best company in Portland! We are very happy with the roof and now that it has better ventilation my house is much cooler! They also got the roof done within two weeks of signing the contract while we were out of town on vacation, so bonus points for being fast and convenient!"

"Jon and his crew came highly recommended from our friends and neighbors, and they are the best contractors I've ever worked with. We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was.
