"<p>Andi and his crew have provided great service over the years. I met Andi in 2008 and he was one of many contractors who bid on my job. Andi was and is the right guy for any job. He provided a well thought out plan and time frame. Our first job was two retaining walls that hold back a large hill, which leads to my pool. The job was difficult and a Challenge with the elements (rain etc). Andi's crew showed up on time everyday and worked very long days. He did exactly what we wanted and the walls came out perfect. The walls travel over 90 feet each and have a height of about five feet. That doesn't count the below grade stone and cement. He completed the job and was extremely careful to ensure that there was proper drainage and the stone work was performed by a craftsman.</p> <p> The next project we had were walkways and front steps. Once again, Andi and his crew were always on time and the work was done to perfection. Our neighbors were over everyday and always asking were did we find him</p> <p>The third job Andi did was our entire pool deck with large techno block pavers. first Andi built a large retaining wall to hold the pool deck. Once again a perfect job Andi then built the pool deck t perfection. Our family could not be happier with the work performed, and a important note is that Andi always made sure we were happy as he went along. "We originally hired a cheaper company and it was a nightmare. The second lowest bidder was our neighbor and seemed to be genuine in his attempt to fix the first contractor's problem. He meant well and it still was a mess.  We were embarrassed to call Premiere as they were high bidder. I bit the bullet and called. They were able to come up and assess the issues that existed as well as the new problems we encountered with the sub standard contractors from before. We hired Premiere as we should have from the beginning because after they were done we had ZERO water issues from that point on. It was like magic. Price isn't all that should be taken in consideration when getting a project done. We will highly recommend this company to anyone for anything."

"Initial work a few years ago was great and service was timely and completed. 16 months ago, I reached out for repairs on a few areas and clean/reseal maintenance in certain areas. I expected the work to be done in 2018. When the weather turned colder in fall, I was told would have to be done following spring. I contacted paver savers approximately May. The work has yet to be done. I am loyal and want the same provider to complete the work. As a consumer and client, I expect that. I reach out almost weekly for estimated time of service. Initially in season, I was told the work would be done as soon as weather permitted. Given rain and weather I remained patient. However, the provider has not responded to email or text or phone messages over the last many weeks. I am disappointed. I will provide another review when and if the work is done but cannot currently recommend CT Paver Savers to prospective clients."
