"End result is good, but a few things could have been mentioned in advance to make the project smoother. Scheduling an appointment was short notice (emailed evening before/day of) and had to arrange a 2nd appt after running behind on first appt. There was no timeframe given so be sure to confirm how long you'll need to be available (took about 4 hours). After installation cleanup was sweeping, but everything was covered with a thick white dust on wood floors and furniture surfaces (vacuuming alone left white areas that needed mopped thoroughly to remove). I wish the installer had used some type if vacuum to minimize debris, or recommended that we cover or remove furniture from the area. I followed up after the appt with concern that the bulbs were too low; not above ceiling level. Was told they could be higher, but needed to request that during the appointment ($65 to come back out and adjust). I ended up spending about an hour learning how to do this myself, and they look much better. This definitely should have been explained as an option at the time of installation. Before my adjustments, the bulbs and fixtures looked clumsy. Had to pay $35 extra for flat panel light switch to match our existing panel. Would have been an A if these issues were addressed before/during the appointment to save time and protect furniture/floors/belongings from excessive debris."

"<p>I called Saturday morning to see if I could get someone to fix the broken lock latch on the sliding screen door.  About an hour after I called, Chris came over.  He disassembled the mechanism but said he did not have a repalcement part and would have to order one.  About an hour later he came back and had fixed the spring in the mechanism.  He reinstalled the latch and it worked!  He saved us time and money and we did not have to worry about having an unlocked back door for a few days.  I felt he definitely went above and beyond to help us out.  He could have easily just ordered the part and replace it.  </p> It was an excellent experience.  I will definitely used Broadripple Lock Service again in the future. <br />"
