I am good for a lot of small jobs - cleaning, building/fixing things, lawn care, etc. Can take on larger jobs with more people if needed. "Our goal was to built a custom boulder wall to match our existing custom wall and have a custom firepit sit on the wall surrounded by a slate sitting area. We originally contacted Rotten Rock from signage that was placed in front of another job that we would admire on our drive. From the moment we connected with Rotten Rock owners Todd and Henry we were confident they were the right people for our challenging job. They started by taking us to a similar site to show us a recent job that was close to our plan. Needless to stay the job was amazing and gave us the additional level of confidence to make the commitment to move forward. Our job was very challenging and was completed in about 3-4 weeks and during those 3-4 weeks we were not at the house to manage any aspect of their work. Once the job was completed we drove up for the weekend to take a look. My wife and I were blown away. It actually looked like an extension of our yard/hardscaping that was always there. The boulder wall, the firepit, the tree removal, the slate and the new sod looked awesome together. Henry even said he picked out the matching boulders to match the existing walls. We get compliments on the work every week we are at the property and constantly get asked who did the work. "The initial meeting with the owner went well; he got back to us promptly with a price quote, and we agreed to it.  We paid 1/3 of the cost right away.  They started a week or so later than we planned, and the job went on for a couple of weeks, due to equipment repairs and other jobs.  But they did the work that was specified and moved some logs at our request; my husband said the workers were very nice, and they did a good job.  I held back $100 of the final payment for some additional pruning of two shrubs, which the project manager promised he would do the next week.  He didn't come back, so I contacted him and he apologized and said he would do it.  But the following week, I pruned the shrubs myself. <br />"

"I was very impressed with the responsiveness to my call for an estimate. <br /> He arrived right when he said he would and answered all my questions. <br /> The price was excellent, half of the other estimates I received. <br /> The only issue was how long it took them to come and do the job. I understand weather concerns and emergency issues. <br /> I had to call twice to ask when they were coming. And then, when they did come I did not get a phone call alerting me to the date and time. <br /> The services were performed exactly as quoted, and they did a nice job cleaning up. I was not happy with the stump that was left and contracted for a grinder. No problem, except again, no phone alerting me to when they were coming. <br /> Overall a professional crew did exactly what was contracted. I would recommend and use them again. <br /> <br />"

"I had a Groupon for 1000 sq. ft. of driveway sealing.  I have about 2000 sq. ft.  I bought the Groupon and called, and I was told it would be another $170, so I wanted to set the appointment.  It actually took a year to get done, as he had too many Groupon customers and was giving scheduling preference to his existing client base.  Once we had the appointment, they arrived on time, could not have been more pleasant, did a great job, and left the area spotless. <br />"
