Charlie, the Office contact, was also extremely easy to talk to. Sliders came out and spent a good amount of time fixing the damaged door as well as replacing the track. I LOVE IT!!! I can now open and close my slider with ONE FINGER versus what used to require two hands and throwing my weight into pulling it. PS By the way, he volunteered to help family member take extremely rusted bolt license plate off (has every right tool you can think of). Also, he recommended the POD (which never thought of) for commercial treadmill, since wanted garage floor epoxied afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARL W. CARLSON for any Jakob.
