"Unfair and deceptive business practices. Charged me $7,847.05 to diagnose and rewire 1 circuit. 1 day or work. This is way over fair market pricing. I tried to contact them for a more descriptive contract due to what is shown on the contract, doesn?t correlate to the work performed. I received no reply. A new junction box was not installed. They used the old box. The single room rewire makes no sense. I have no clue what the ?15-20 amp dedicated up to 75ft with access? is at all. The electrician did not show me a final price before charging my credit card for this amount."

"The guys were very professional and they did a great job troubleshooting an electrical problem that required their expertise. I had outlets that were reading as a hot ground reverse on my multimeter but in fact there was a lost neutral wire that was very difficult to find. They checked all of the outlet wiring in the guest and adjacent rooms and were able to quickly locate the issue in a junction box in the attic. There is no way I could have troubleshooted this myself even after all of the YouTube DIY videos I looked at. The best part was that they came in at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to others and hire them again for other jobs."

""You get what you pay for" is how I would describe this cheap "deal" to have recessed lights installed. The guy came in here with his crew and smashed up all of my living room, kitchen, and bedroom ceilings with giant holes in order to install brand new recessed lights. I had another electrician come by afterward for unrelated work and he couldn't believe the incredible amount of unnecessary damage done just to install these lights. Obviously, as the owner of a home and doing this for the first time, we had no idea what to expect for our request, but after hearing from the other guy what should have been done with very minimal damage to my plaster ceilings, I'm pretty ****** about the sloppy job that I then had to repair at my cost afterward. Imagine seeing your ceiling look like swiss cheese. To top it off, he used pretty cheap quality recessed lights that we found out later were bought off of Amazon, and that were entirely way too white in color (like an office space). Furthermore, he didn't seem very knowledgable about my ceiling lamps that needed to be rewired and claimed it was a very big job to make it all safe again. The other electrician I used for another project was also asked about this request. It was no problem for them to easily diagnose and repair with no damage at all and completed in about an hour. We now have brand new ceiling lamps in the living room and bedroom. Lastly, his attitude sucked. He had no manners or level of professionalism, and was very condescending to my wife and I on numerous occasions. He sent us harassing texts as well because we couldn't pay him exactly at the time and day he requested because my wife and I work. Wouldn't accept payment outside of in person check or cash."

I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."
