"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

"We had 2 dead trees on site of an apt community that we manage. Wayne came out and gave me a fair price to cut down both trees, do the stump removal and remove all debris. Wayne and his crew showed up on time and by the time the removed the 2 trees you would of never known a tree was ever there. Very highly recommended"

"Owner Bill Garrin came out just a couple of days after I called to look over what we wanted done and immediately drew a diagram with estimate so we could understand his suggestions. We understood that, ordinarily, we would have had to wait a few weeks while his crew finished up current jobs. As it happened, his next job was delayed because of all the rain we had this summer, so his crew was able to come the following week. They did the entire job beautifully in only three days. We suggested one change, which they accommodated and which, incidentally, reduced our cost. We are very happy with our new entryway and recommend Green Acres LLC highly. I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. He further added definition and landscaping to the yard. His work reflected attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His work is like he is building it for himself. So much pride goes into his work. We were very pleased with his work and have enjoyed it immensely every day since. You will not be disappointed."

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

"When I first started researching contractors to do this work I ran across a terrible review for this company on Angie's List. As I continued to read the review I realized how absolutely ridiculous it was, obviously written by someone with a personal grudge or another business trying to take down their competition. <br /> I'm so glad I ignored it. We contacted Green Acres owner, Dave Arnold, and had a short discussion about what we were considering. He made an appointment to come to our house to see the location of the project, take measurements and discuss details. We were then asked us to come by his business to see examples of the materials that he uses and to choose colors. A very professional and comprehensive quote was presented to us in writing and signed by us and Mr. Arnold. The job started with building a beautiful, gently curved stone block retaining wall to deal with the difficult slope in our back yard. Mr. Arnold had suggested that we cap the wall with stone slabs to create a and quot;sitting walland quot;. This has proven to be not only attractive but very practical as well. A large, round stone fire pit was installed on one end of the patio, spaced close enough to warm yourself from the sitting wall (again Mr. Arnold's suggestion) and with space for chairs around the other side of the pit. A paver walkway was laid in a nice, organic curve extending from the patio toward our dock. The portions of the foundation that were visible from the patio were faced with natural looking stone slabs. <br /> The project was started at the time promised and completed in the estimated 4-5 days. The price was the price, no over-runs. All the workers were meticulous, careful of our landscaping, respectful of us and our property and worked diligently even on a couple of extremely hot and humid days. We're thrilled with the outcome and have already enjoyed evenings sitting around the fire, enjoying the night sounds. <br /> We would absolutely recommend Green Acres and Dave Arnold. <br /> <br /> <br />"
