"I selected D&D for a patio installation project. In March during the design and planning, they were very responsive. After they submitted the permit, they almost never responded. My village gave feedback in late March and 2.5 months later D&D never moved the project forward. Only received 1 message in April saying they would get back to me and one meeting in May saying they are waiting for the village (that was not true per my village). It has been another 3 weeks since I have heard back from the team after telling them the village is waiting for them to provide more information. The office does not return calls or texts either. This has been a very frustrating experience as D&D almost never texts back or returns calls. I have called or texted almost daily for two months. I am very surprised by their high rating as they seem incredibly unresponsive to me. I do not recommend anyone work with D&D."

After meeting with 10+ contractors in the Burr Ridge area, we chose BSC Landscaping and could not be happier with him and his team. We bought our home primarily due to the lot which features mature trees, hills, and a creek passing through.
