"I got a good quote for filling in multiple holes in my very large front yard. ( caused by soil dropping down to fill in holes where septic lines were installed) Rather than mowing the grass very low, so he could given a proper estimate , Sergio just glanced over the lawn ( grass at summer #3 setting) He missed more than 1/3 rd of the yard and gave me a low cost estimate . When I asked his crew to fill in the rest of the areas I had to talk with Sergio to be specific about my request. AT no time was I angry nor were they defensive. They brought in another large truckload of top soil and did the work, but it increased my price by quite a bit. I can deal with all that without frustration because they were ALL lovely people. As the grass came up so did tens of thousands of weeds. Apparently they did not get topsoil that had been heated to kill weed seeds. Maybe thats not a thing with all contractors??? I wrote Sergio whom I consider very professional and responsive to ask when it was safe to use weed killer on "baby grass". He never responded."

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
