He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "Custom Clean Company is a private company and they are really very good.  They charged me about a $150 and did a whole lot of work.  They cleaned the carpets in my dining room, living room, my bedroom another big living room and one bedroom on the other side of the house.  So, it wasn’t the usual three room specials.  I think they were very good.  There are certain things that one can’t get out from the rugs but they did a very good job.  I thought that their price was very good.  I know one can get coupons in the mail for $49.95 but I really think for what they did this was done very, very well.  A friend of mine who is an interior designer recommends them too.  I really liked the young man who came out, he was very thorough.  He bought his father in law’s business and I have had both of them.  His father in law was better but the young man was really quite good.  They are very good with their responsiveness.  I would use them again.  I’m planning on using them later in November of this year."

Let me say first that we had used Purity for many years and always been happy with their work. When I asked about tile cleaning, I was quoted $100 for the first 200 S.F. and 0.65 for each square foot above. Although I didn't ask up front, most of the tile I needed cleaned was on the walls and Purity could not clean any thing but the floors. The deal also included a $20 per room carpet cleaning deal. Their representatives checked on the carpet cleaning costs because they wouldn't be able to the tile and the price went from $40 to almost $77. </p> <p>Not being able to get the tile done was a let-down and their representatives and quot;lookedand quot; less than professional. I'm sure those two young men would have done a good job but the mix up with what could and could not be done and the difference in cost turned me off to this company. </p> <br />"
