"We hired All Service & Remodel several years ago for a complete roof replacement. Recently, when a leak developed near our chimney vent, I contacted them to inquire about our 10-year warranty. Their response was incredibly fast, a technician arrived the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered the problem wasn't related to their original workmanship or a roof failure. Instead, it was failed caulking on the external vent hood, due to years of weather exposure. Even though the repair was outside the scope of their warranty, the technician promptly fixed the caulking on the spot. Once the caulk had cured they helped me troubleshoot and test the repair to ensure the leak was completely resolved. The subsequent water testing confirmed the repair held up perfectly. I can’t recommend All Service & Remodel enough. Both times we’ve worked with them, they’ve been helpful, honest and fair and their communication has been prompt and thorough. We will definitely continue to reach out to them for future home improvement projects."

After roof was done I had it inspected for peace of mind (since I'm not a roofer) by tom at alert inspection in hudsonville, MI. Tom is an experienced roofer 20+ yrs. He told me he could tell they didn't skimp on materials and after telling him what we paid to have our roof done, he said he would of thought we paid more."

He took the time to understand all the things that needed to be repaired on my roof and explained how he would get them all accomplished. Instead of just giving me an estimate and allowing me to choose to hire them based on their estimate, they went ahead and completed the repair before giving me an estimate. I had to cancel other contractors (thru Angi) that were going to give me estimates since Great Lakes Building already completed the job. After complaining, they ended up not charging me for the roof ridge shingle repair."
