"Jessie(owner) called me and we set up a time to meet. I wanted a railing made so my wife and I and other older people could use the steps leading to our front door. The railing had to be curved to the contour of the sidewalk He said no problem. He does all his work on site. His truck has all the equipment and tools to install the railing. He is very professional in his work. The railing looks great."

However, a couple weeks later the screws started popping out on multiple pickets. The pickets are bowing in quite a few places because the wrong screws were used.
