Island Roof Repair did an excellent job repairing the flashing on our roof and which had been incorrectly installed and caused some damaging leaks at different points in our roof. They showed up the next day after we called them. When leaving, after inspecting the roof, they gave us a comprehensive report of what’s wrong, what needs to be done to fix it and promised an estimate within 24 hours. They were very accommodating about working around our rental schedule. We had one day last week when we had no guests and they swooped in, did the job quickly and efficiently and we are extremely pleased with them. "Charlie is very punctual and calls back almost immediately. He kept me informed of when the work would be done (due to excessive rain, it had to be put off several days). Their workers were very hard-working and did a great job, The Crew-Leader Ramon was very knowledgeable, and assisted with repairing a "Dead Valley" area that had a previous leak. I had to talk to Devin two times to get the crew back and even then there's one side where the drip edge was not replaced."

"Sealed and Repaired Exterior Roof around the exhaust vents first which was the priority. Came back and repaired some roof slats from the interior side as requested. Also repaired a leak due to the old furnace chimney and the subsequent wall damage. Very professional and excellent communication. Work was done well and to our schedule. Will use again."

"Scheduling was delayed by bad weather. When the weather permitted, a two man crew arrived and I showed them the new fans and explained about the built-in thermostat/humidsat attached to the top mounted solar panel. The fans were on my back porch and as soon as we moved them in the sunlight, the motors started running! And absloutely no noise. <br /> Prior to securing the fans to the roof, the thermosta/humidstat had to be lowered below each fan for proper operation. After the roof was patched the crew cleaned up the area and left. <br /> This was the second time I've used Fields and have been well pleased with the cost and quality of their work. <br />"

"I hired Lee Day and team to paint the interior of my 1900 sq ft. 10 year old house and all 21 doors in the house and the walls of the garage. This is a house I am preparing to sell and wanted to get this job started quickly. Lee was able to schedule the job within a week of my request although the rain may have helped since his crew could not work on exterior jobs with the rain. Never the less, they got the job done quickly and my realtor has informed me it looks beautiful. Lee was great to work with giving me a fair estimate and was always quick to respond with a text when I had questions. They also tore out and disposed of the carpeting as I am having it replaced and replaced a closet door. I recommend using Day's Home Improvement. Photos are prior to carpet installation"
