"The service was excellent, Vassili and his team were very kind and had great attention to detail. they made sure all of our asks were met and even went the extra mile such as painting our doors when it wasn’t in the original request, I would definitely recommend their services!"

"Luiz was a pleasure to work with...responsive, always on time and always available with any questions we had during the process. Luiz was super accommodating as well as given the timing with other contractors working on the same job changed - Luiz had no problem shifting his schedule and keeping me well informed of his arrival. On top of it - a great guy and a pleasure to deal with - would certainly hire again!"

"Job went very well. Oswaldo was focused and paid attention to every detail. He worked hard and did a complete job. I will most definitely hire him again for future projects."

"Though I had fully intended to move forward with this work, I learned after the fact that the shipper's insurance company was going to require a $500 deductible, which was far more than I could afford to pay. After deciding not to have the work performed, I contacted Michael and his wife, Vivian, who graciously offered to return 50% of my deposit, even though it is normally against their policy to do so when quoting for insurance work.
To provide some context for the cost of service that was to be performed, there was a wooden dining table, 8 dining chairs and an antique chest. Every item had been scratched during shipping, including the table top, which had been in pristine condition before shipment. The repairs that needed to be done were all delicate finish work, and Michael said he would be able to do all the repairs right in my own apartment, which made me VERY happy. Unfortunately, as it turned out we weren't able to get any of the work done, so we're learning to live with the scratches.
I'm sure the work would have been done well, but unfortunately, in the absence of insurance and with a new baby and my wife not working, this repair was beyond our means at this particular time.

"It was my first time using Angi and found Home Innovation to replace my two old interior doors, which was fantastic! For me, it has been always hard to find a good contractor with professional skills in a reasonable budget in New York City. Anderson from Home Innovation was a fast communicator and confident of his job. The price was also fair enough unlike other contractors in the city. I am so happy that I finally replaced my doors by his hard work. I do appreciate him and his teamwork. I highly recommend his firm if anyone is looking for their home improvement by themselves, and definitely hire him again. 5 stars! Thanks"

"Melvin was great. He did a fantastic job and gave me advice I was looking for on the type of bracket and where exactly to mount the TV. When the time comes for more home theater work in my house I will be calling Melvin back."
