As promised, the crew showed up on time & ready to work the next morning. The job was expected to take two days, but Lenny and his guys finished in less than 6 hours!! I have a call in to Miguel who is supposed managing the project, but no reply to my message. It is a frustrating situation. UPDATE: After consideration I would say that the project was done well, but the lack of communication is both frustrating and disappointing"

We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."
