"Overall it worked out well he was on time diagnosed the problem in freezer, said a particular part needed to be replaced he stated he might have one in truck he went and looked, fortunate he had one, he proceeded to remove parts from inside freezer I had already lost all of my food so unit was empty, I asked a few questions, didn't ask whether part was new reconditioned or whatever I assumed it would last more than 9 months though. The Pro from Majestic was friendly and knew what he was doing When all was said and done I paid him in cash approximately 240.00$ plus a small tip anyway, I would like to have him come back and take a look at the fridge, (maybe if you mention I gave him a bottle of wine as a Thank You. He'll remember me) I remember his name was Sean, Anyway I really don't want any problems I'm a senior citizen I just can't afford a new refrigerator If something can be arranged it would be wonderful. I appreciate your help and patience in this matter. Also I took photos of inside of freezer while he had his tools in the freezer, 3 to be exact but I am not tech savy soI don't know how to upload pictures. When the technician first came to inspect the unit, they claimed to have done a full diagnostic and gave us a final quote of around $1,000 (after tax). We agreed, thinking everything had been properly assessed. But when they came back to do the actual repair, the story completely changed. They suddenly “discovered” that the fridge door wouldn’t close properly and said we would need to replace the entire door — for several thousand dollars! After we refused that ridiculous suggestion, they said they could “repair” the door instead, but only if we paid an extra $850. At that point, with the refrigerator already taken apart, we had no real choice but to accept. This whole process felt misleading and unfair. If the technician really did a full inspection, how did such a major issue appear only later? It seemed like a classic case of bait-and-switch pricing — quoting one number and then inflating the cost after we had already committed. We expected professionalism and transparency, especially since RJ Appliances is associated with Miele service. Instead, we were left feeling pressured, overcharged, and deceived. ⚠️ Warning to others: Be extremely cautious before agreeing to any quote from this company. Make sure everything is documented and confirmed in writing before you proceed. Very disappointing experience — definitely would not recommend RJ Appliances NJ INC."

"Three weeks ago, I hired Admiral Appliance Repair to resolve a de clogging issue with my Samsung French Door Refrigerator through Agni. Although the technician visited and attempted a repair, the problem remains unresolved to this day. Despite paying the agreed service fee, the technician made no genuine effort to return or properly fix the issue, and the company has since refused to take responsibility. I provided the technician with all photos showing the leak and ice buildup, yet no further action was taken. As a result, I now have to seek assistance from another, more reliable company. It seems that Angi / Home Advisor is more focused on generating leads and revenue rather than properly verifying contractors’ credentials. It appears that Angi is not verifying."
