Curtis investigated the work that he did and then called Whirlpool to get advice about the solution because the part that the other technician replaced was done correctly. What was wrong, however, the back panel had a sensor that was not connected correctly. Curtis adjusted that and now, after 4 days, the refrigerator is still working properly. Curtis also made 2 minor adjustment on 2 other appliances that I had and also put up a flag brace. I repeat, I am very pleased and would recommend Curtis to anyone else who needs appliance repairs."
