"They did a good job cleaning the fireplace but the soot was still the problem. They did not have the knowledge to explain the soot. One told me that it was my fence (it wasn't) one told me the exhaust for the fireplace was too close to the soffit (it wasn't) Fixing both of those things for no reason at all would have cost me a lot of money. I called the people who installed the fireplace and the soot was caused by a ceramic log that had been improperly installed. I guess I would hire them again to clean the windows of the fireplace but not to diagnose a problem."

Maria and Jessica did a great job of washing interior windows and cleaning the floor and countertops but for 450.00 (the price she quoted per our "new house construction" discussion), I had anticipated all the walls and cabinets to be wiped down (swiffered) and the bathrooms to be given a once over. I needed the construction dust to be removed all over. It didn't turn out that was. As far as her work goes, she and Jessica worked hard, they brought their own supplies and they were both very kind. I would use (and recommend) Maria for regular house cleaning services (but at a much more reasonable price)."
