The company sent a technician to repair the turnoff handle to the electrical light fixture.  He took one look at the fixture and said that it could not be repaired but had to be replaced.  A second technician came after we had bought a new fixture.  It appeared from conversations with the second technician that the original sconce fixture could have been repaired.
We would not want to have the first technician do further electrical work at the building but would want the second technician to do so.

He came to my apartment the next day to see what needed to be done. Based on that meeting, I ordered new fixtures. Semir returned and did the work. He was very professional in his work, and he cleaned everything up when he was finished. After surveying what was needed to get 2 track fixtures working, he purchased and installed 2 new transformers and replaced all the halogen bulbs with LED. One of the track fixtures needs further work and he will be returning to complete that job this coming week.
