"I recently had the unfortunate experience of a large oak tree falling on my house during a severe storm. I reached out to HamodaTrees for help, and even though they were already fully booked for the week, they went out of their way to prioritize my situation. Moises and his crew showed up ready to tackle the mess. They worked efficiently to clear the tree debris from my house and remove a massive, dangerous limb that was still hanging over my property. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris afterwards. I was really impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of Moises and his team. "They are low priced, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I hired them to prune trees, prune rose bushes, and remove 3 trees including stump grinding. The tree pruning went fine, but it didn't look very clean when it was done. There were a lot of very small branches left. For the rose bushes, they didn't seem to understand the idea of pruning versus trimming. They just cut the rose branches shorter but that's not really pruning. The tree removal and stump grinding was a disaster. For one of the trees, they cut an electrical line during the stump grinding process. They did come back to fix it but did a very unprofessional repair job. I had to call an electrician to come back and do the job properly. For one of the other trees, they messed up my flower bed where the tree was. When they brought in their stump grinding equipment they damaged the flower bed wall and left giant ruts in the flower bed when they were done. For the 3rd tree removal, they must have damaged a sprinkler line underground because my sprinkler system started leaking after the tree removal. Additionally, there is no longer any power to the sprinkler system control panel. So I have to get a sprinkler company to fix all the damage. I won't be hiring them again. They are cheap, but now I am spending as much on fixing their damage as I did for their tree service."
