"OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! Stacy, the online contact, was very educated and friendly. Mike, one of the owners, came out and gave us an estimate. He took his time to come into our house, to figure out the framing of our view. He explained they should trim up a bit higher, because in the winter, the branches will bend ten feet with snow and water on them. Glad he said that. Then went outside to to identify the trees to cut and trim. He also showed us trees that were dead or dying. Thank you for that, Mike! They were right on time. They reviewed what was to be done. The owner was there outline what was happening. The crew is TOP NOTCH! They were very efficient and did a great job. One person cut, one was working the shredder, the other delivering the limbs and branches. WHY WOULD YOU HIRE THEM? Because they are the best in the business! They had me stand on the deck, so they could make sure they trimmed up high enough, for a beautiful view of the water. Cost effective. Made sure I was happy, before leaving. hauled away the trees and blew down the driveway, cleaned up so you never knew they were there. EXTREMELY SATISFIED! I HAVE THEM ON SPEED DIAL."

"Perfect. They did a great job. My hedges and trees definitely needed attention; everything was overgrown. They trimmed - some significant, some minor - every living green thing in my yard and cleaned up afterwards. They also did a few things (like fixed my fence) that was not part of the original estimate and at no extra cost. Great crew, very nice, very respectful. Fast, thorough work."

"It went great!  They responded to our call for an estimated within a couple of days.  The person explained what needed to be done and how it would be handled by their company.  I had attempted to have another company come out to give us another estimate but they failed to return our call.  My husband and I felt very comfortable with this company and we set up a date for the removal of the trees.
The workers arrived on time.  They were very polite and answered all of our concerns and questions.  The job took approximately 5+ hours.  They took the trees down and cut them into 16 inch lengths as we requested.  They piled them in an area that could be easily assessed.  They shredded the remainder of the trees and asked if we would like some of the shavings for the yard which we did.  They removed all the debris and it looked like they had never been in the yard.  The workers were very efficient and definitely knew what they were doing. 
 
The office crew was very friendly and helpful.  It was a pleasure working with this organization and I am sure that we will use them again in the future.

"Five stars, no question. I've lived in this Redmond home 25 years and have hired many tree companies for my 30+ large trees. Eastside Tree Works is the best by far. The salesman who came for the estimate showed up with an iPad, photographed and tagged each tree, and had a detailed estimate ready before he left. He clearly knew his stuff and talked through what would work best for the trees and the house. When he learned I was a veteran, he knocked a nice discount off the price. The crew was just as impressive. A full team arrived with a bucket lift and limbed up several big Douglas firs, did conifer cleaning, and took down two medium trees. They worked seamlessly together, checked in with me repeatedly to confirm limbing heights, and even fixed my chainsaw when I mentioned it was having issues. The cleanup was the best I've seen in 25 years here. They left the property looking better than they found it. Highly recommend Eastside Tree Works."
