"The crew showed up on time on the scheduled install date. Charles,Pat, and Joe were the electricians who did the install. They got to work as soon as they showed up and wasted no time. Job was a little tricky because had to go thru two attics at different levels. Pat and Joe found the path and fished the wire across both with no problems. Charles set the generator and pad which was perfectly level and helped with the wiring. The piping and plumbing was done by MJ and was very neat and precise. The guys were extremely neat and professional. <br /> Had a little hiccup upon start-up of the generator. My house has a higher than normal gas pressure due to my tankless hot water heater which caused the generator not to start. Charles figured out the problem and informed me and the owner Walter of the situation. I figured it would be an extra cost to have MJ come back out and install the regulating valve....nope....Walter had MJ install it free of charge. I was extremely impressed with Danley Electricals workmanship and customer service and would definitely hire again. <br /> All the permits were taken care of by Danielle who was a pleasure to deal with. She answered any questions I had regarding the process and scheduled all necessary appointments. I am a very happy and satisfied customer! <br />"
