Antonio Ferrao sent his truck over within hours of my call and his men inspected my old circuit board and showed me the problem circuit breakers and even the discolored area around one which was heating up. They came the next day, and kindly kept my generator on so I could have electricity while they shut off the main line to change the circuit board. I told management I will not pay for labor for a part under warranty. I got a call back and the price was reduced to $2,500.00 I told them I would not pay a single dollar. I guess as a cost savings measure for the repair the company sent one man. Gene did the job of two. Professional as they come. T Webber did the right thing by me. And I appreciated it very much.
