After the first call, he made an appointment but never showed up or called. He then called me the next day and said he could come. I had two appointments that day. He came out on time and sprayed WD 40 on track and said I don't fix tracks or mechanism and charged me $130!!!! No mention of this $130 service call to tell me he can't fix tracks or mechanisms. Nice guy"
