"Premier was great to work with. Very communicative when scheduling, gathering quotes and learning about roofing options and warranties. Their scheduler (Samantha), the sales rep (Mike), and owner (Ricardo Yuly) were all nice to speak with and very accommodating to questions. Company offered several options in regards to shingles and warranties, and they explained the differences and associated pricing. They also offered several payment options. The installation team arrived on time and was courteous, including contacting us before they parked to ensure we can move our car if needed. The work was done timely and well including clearing the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning debris."

"We chose Style Roofing after getting five estimates for a new roof, gutters, and gutter toppers to protect against leaves and other debris. The Style estimator (Rob) was very professional and well prepared, and gave us a reasonable estimate of price and a good explanation of the process we could expect. The roofing crew started a week earlier than first estimated, was extremely well organized, and finished the job in two days (because of the searing heat). The roof looks great, and cleanup was terrific. Similarly, the gutter installation crew was well organized and clearly knew what they were doing. In short, they all did a BEAUTIFUL job. "We just had my home's worn out cedar exterior completely renovated (Oct 2023). Went out to bid and Macbeth was the only company that met my requirements and budget. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else."

"Our experience has been the best possible. My wife and I could not recommend them more highly. We were originally referred by a housing contractor who did major revisions to our house in 2008. He has worked with Affordable for many years. We used Affordable originally for some relatively minor roof repairs and were very satisfied. They made no attempt to upsell us to additional work or full roof replacement, and their costs were very reasonable. So when our chimney was hit by lightning last year, also damaging our roof, we naturally called them first. They offered us the option of just repairing the roof or replacing it. Since our roof was over 20 years old, we chose replacement. The job was done on-time and within the very reasonable price that they had quoted us, with no surprise addons. Their staff, both office and onsite, are very helpful, informative, respectful and personable. The onsite staff worked efficiently, without interrupting us at all, and did a truly excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. "I don't write reviews but I am making an exception in this case. Paul Henry installed our windows (20) in 2014. We had several of the windows made lower (expanded) as well. Five years since, I could not be happier. They gave the option of spray foam insulation around the window casings to help with drafts from original construction. What a difference. Not at all pushy and not the cheapest but boy was it worth it."

"Amazing. Todd Hartley and his team of professionals are top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. When I had a roof issue, Hartley was the only contractor willing to take a look the same day it was discovered (right before a very heavy rainstorm) since it had the potential to just be a minor roof repair (this was during the busy season). They came out within 2 hours, prepared to tarp the roof if necessary. Once the issue was identified, my insurance company came out to assess and totaled the roof. Based on my initial experience, I gave Hartley a call and they not only upgraded my roof to architectural shingles (instead of 3 tab, which is what I originally had), 6" gutters (instead of 5") and a thicker gauge steel roof for a bumpout roof. Hartley scheduled me within a more than reasonable timeframe during their busy season (and after several major storms) and performed the work as scheduled and on time. Each step of the way, the crew and Todd were happy to answer my numerous questions. Todd and his team are top notch. When I found issues not related to their work completed (siding issue from when it was built), Todd and his crew came out to help me fix the issue at no charge. I can honestly say that Hartley Home Exteriors cares deeply for their customers, has exceptional customer service, communicate well with their customer and amongst their team members, and Todd (the owner) stands behind his work. It says a lot when you see the owner coming out to check on not only the work being completed but also his crew. He cares about his customers and his crews and it absolutely shows based on my interactions with him.
