"This is going to be a long review because I think it is important for potential customers to get the full picture, instead of just a view, of Eddy's excellent work ethic and workmanship that was devoted to our project. We had a carriage house/shed that was unusable in its current condition, and I wasn't sure whether to have it torn down or try to have it fixed. Having just bought our new home (a 100 year old Victorian) and moving to the area, I wasn't sure who to contact. I found Eddy's info on Homeadvisor - saw the reviews - and decided to give him a call. And, I am so happy that I did!! After tearing down and clearing out all of the old debris, Eddy added new drywall and painted the inside. Electricity, a concrete driveway and flooring, and 2 new doors were added giving us a wonderfully updated space for our car, storage and workshed. What I want to point out is not just an excellent renovation job, but also the fact that Eddy kept the integrity of such an old building intact. His expertise in recognizing and respecting its historical value was evident after he discovered that one wall had its original barn wood still intact. It had been covered up during a previous renovation - but was still in great condition. (Today, this type of reclaimed wood is very expensive.) Eddy treated the wood to help preserve it, therefore, adding extra value and beauty to a building I had once thought about tearing down. I am so thankful that he recognized its historical value and brought it to our attention!! (Who knew a garage could have a focal wall...lol!!) Eddy kept us up to date and involved in every step of the project, and it was completed within the given time frame. We highly recommend Eddy and his crew, and I am sure we will use his services again!! (In fact, I am alreading lining up future projects.)"

"Elliot Davis, owner, is highly professional, incredibly responsive, respectful, and trustworthy. We can’t say enough about his attention to detail, which is amazing. During the planning stage of phase 1 of our project, Elliot patiently listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could be encountered. "Had a little problem connecting with Flo initially to get a quote. Once we finally met and he came out to give me an estimate, things went very well. <br /> He and his crew did a great job. Flo was meticulous about getting the details right. We had a slight misunderstanding on the contract phases (I thought final payment due when entire job completed, forms removed, etc, whereas he meant when the concrete was poured). I withheld $500 until final job completion and he didn't have, presumably, all to much heartburn with that. <br /> He returned on the promise date and completed the entire job per our written agreement. <br /> I would not hesitate to use their services again. Very professional and conscientious about the work. Great work ethic. <br />"

"When they initially came out to complete the work, they were punctual for the most of the time and they completed the work on schedule. They completed the job within a few days. The work that they did was not done correctly. The sheeting that they had put up the sides of the walls had fallen down. They did come back to correct it. However, we have had some other concerns and they have not returned our phone calls. The salesperson had told us that if we ever needed him, he would be responsive. Neither he nor the main office has returned our phone calls. The pipe that they installed causes the dining room window to get fogged up. We are concerned about the moisture that may be coming in from that."

"A storm caused a tree to fall on my back deck. The deck was in need of a complete rebuild. Chris was very easy to work with. He came to my home to assess the damage the day after my call which allowed me to submit my insurance claim quickly. He began work on my deck as soon as the claim was approved. Chris is the picture of professionalism. He was punctual. He worked a full 8 plus hour day and completed my porch under his deadline. He found a safety issue related to the old deck and corrected it at no additional charge. He went above and beyond and helped me to clean up my back yard and my gutters. If you are looking for someone who is professional, courteous, and completes the job on time, look no further."
