I was <br /> pleased they do not use nail guns, but hand nail each shingle. They are careful about having enough nails in each shingle. They use good quality materials. "We liked the professionalism and friendliness of Roger, our estimator/salesman, from his first visit to our home. We shared our needs and concerns... he immediately understood what we wanted and needed and made the appropriate suggestions, coming up with an extremely fair estimate. We are consumers, who check and double check products. Nate, the owner had no problem with this. He spent time with us discussing options and was more than willing to make changes in our order ,when we decided we wanted different roofing materials and caps. <br />              Our roofing supplies arrived a day ahead of the scheduled work day and were neatly stored where we directed. Nate came to our home to inspect the order. The next morning, Harbour Roofing's crew came in in orderly fashion. The first guy came around 8 and started organizing all the tools and everything. They were polite, very quiet and considerate, and forever offering to  help me or my two year old grandson, when we were in the yard.  <br />               Our home is 3,000 sq.ft. with a very angular parts in the roof.  We had some bad wood under the roof, which had to be replaced. Nate's crew was here for almost 3 days. At the end of each day his guys cleaned up using magnets to find any lost nails. On the third day they did a final clean up of all materials . They were quick. They were efficient.  <br />                Our neighbors were in awe at how fast Harbour Roofing was and how wonderful our roof looks. Several of them in an effort to save money over the last couple of years had hired so called "jack legs". These guys often took weeks... that's weeks.. to complete their work. They had to come back several times to fix problems. And then, they ended up over paying. <br />              We have the beautiful roof we wanted... at the price we wanted ..performed within the time frame we wanted... and the quality workmanship we demanded. <br />"
