"When I found out Waters Electric would upgrade my electrical service for $700 I was skeptical. I spoke with the owner, Ray, and he explained everything he does with the replacement. He came on time and was very professional. Not only did he upgrade the service for $700, but he did things most electricians don't include with their service such as instlling plastic conduit over the wire going up the side of the house.
