They came when they said they would, cut down a 2-foot thick tree, being very careful to drop branches and trunk sections where they would do no harm, removed all visible surface roots, ground out the stump, removed all debris, and repaired the holes in the lawn left by the stump and roots.  Everything was done with utmost thoroughness and care, and they came back a few weeks after to check on the progress of the new grass and further treat any weak spots.    Climbers were very skilled and careful with what they did, taking safety precautions both for themselves and for the property.  Price was reasonable for the extensive and complete work they did.  If there was a six-star rating I'd give them that!"

"The person came to tell me about all the services Weed Man would be providing me to provide a "lawn assessment."  I was told that the quack grass covering my lawn would be eliminated by using their services.  They also said that they will automatically continue my contract with Weed Man once the Veridian package has run out.  (This made me a little leery of what kind of business I was dealing with). <br /> I then read through the materials the company left for me that provided the information on their services.  They must have accidentally included a page that was meant for the Weed Man employee, since it went over all the things to talk to the customer about, and then said "DO NOT UPSELL THE CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT."  I realized I had been dealing with the equivalent of a used car dealership.  The paperwork also specifically said their product do NOT remove quack grass as I had initially been told by the "consultant," who was obviously a sales person. <br /> I do not trust or want to do business with this company once my Veridian contract is over.  I will be watching my mailbox like a hawk to make sure they don't "forget" to cancel my service once the Veridian paid package is done. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"This company has changed owners in the last year, and this was our first year with the new owner. <br /> Because of the severe drought our area experienced this summer, I do not feel it is a fair year to rate the new owner. There was nothing he could do to control/change the weather, and we simply could not afford to water our lawn to make up for the lack of rain. <br /> That being said, we will stay with this company for another year to see how it goes in a (hopefully) more normal summer. <br />"
