"ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. "Sione, the owner, communicated with me from beginning to end.  He is actually onsite almost every day doing the work. They came exactly the week they told me that they would and were finished in 6 days. They checked in with me every other day, and more often when decisions needed to be made.



They cleaned up very well, leaving the property better than when they arrived.



I was so pleased that I had them come back and install a shed, build a railing, and repair my front porch. When they returned, they redid part of the wall which had moved due to  my French drain. He reconfigured the drain so that it would no longer flow into the wall.

He arrived before the scheduled time and provided a professional opinion and quote. I hired him based on a very fair price. He scheduled the day at my convenience. Cole and his team arrived early in the morning on the scheduled day. The weeded and edged all the beds before putting down the mulch. They put down a generous layer of mulch around every exposed part of dirt, even to the wall in an area that is quite large. "Colts Lawn Care did a very thorough weeding, clean-up, and forsythia trimming for us. Jagr and his worker did a great job on the forsythia, picking up hundreds of maple saplings in the mulch, weed whacking where needed, and weeding my flower beds. Their work was first-rate, and they left the area cleaner than it was when they got here. Jagr was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use their services again."

"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"
