David was also flexible with the design and kept the backyard from looking like just a quarry with thoughtful placement of the lava rock in decorative shapes. "They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."

They removed small tree trunks, and many roots & lots of sod in an areas where they were replaced by varied sized rocks and lush artificial grass. Carlos replaced broken sprinkler heads and added new ones. Also replaced & repaired several new courtyard lights. The crew arranged many large & small pots filled with plants and flowers.
