"Expert work. This is a family operation. Juan, his wife and adult daughter and son got right to work on some dangerous trees. They trimmed several doug firs next to the house. Took down an ash tree piece by piece that was threatening our electric line just next to PGE's line in a tight space between an out building and animal pen. They dropped a huge cottonwood (poplar) tree near the house and two large ash trees that needed to come down before they fall on their own. Because they are a family operation it was refreshing to see the consistency of their work. They all knew what to do and got right to it. Safety, precision and consistency."

We also had a tall (very dead) Cedar tree that was in a very precarious location because of it's proximity to 3 other houses, ours and 2 of our neighbors, we also had his crew take down a tall and overgrown Laurel hedge. We went with Gold Tooth out of the 3 bids we had received not only because they were very competitively priced, mainly because of David's confidence in taking on this project! We had had other contractor's pass on this job or give such an exorbitant quote because of the difficulty and dangerous nature of cutting down the Cedar tree. They were finished in 1 day, cleaned up professionally and did a superb job, far exceeding our expectations! We are very pleased with the results and we love having our backyard back and no longer have to worry about that dead Cedar tree falling over in a wind storm."

He was very affable, upright and knowledgeable. We accepted his estimate and he scheduled us within a week for the work to be done. He came out on time with his awesome crew. They got to work right away and within four hours had removed a gigantic pine from our backyard, removed lower hanging branches dangling over our rooftop from another large pine and then trimmed branches hanging over our fence that were interfering with trucks coming in and out of our neighborhood. They cleaned up and our yard look like no one had been there except that a huge tree was gone and so were a bunch of branches! The communication throughout was absolutely stellar. Cannot say enough about how professional, thorough, and competent Eli and his crew were. We have them on speed dial for the next time we have a need. Highly highly recommend them. "Excellent service. The pruning of the 2nd oak tree and the Hawthorne tree was done one day, and all other work done the next day. The 4-person crew was very professional, kind, and respectful of the property. The large oak I had removed was right up against a new fence, and not far from the side of my house. And, it was not in an area to get a bucket truck nearby. They arrived right on time at the start of the day and worked hard with minimal breaks - very impressive. They ground the stump from the large oak as well as grinding a couple of leftover stumps from previously removed holly trees. Their cleanup was superb! They even blew stuff off the top of my roof! And the wood cut down was nicely rolled together - not just dumped into a large messy clump! And, they were cheaper than another bid I got from a company here on Angie. I cannot recommend them high enough."

"Tom and his team were EXCELLENT. They came by for a quick bid while I wasn't home, emailed their quote within 24 hours and called to walk me through it. After getting another quote that was close to 10K and recommended to basically remove all the trees off our property, we were thrilled to see Tom's bid come in way lower and with no recommendation to remove all the beautiful trees on our property. When we scheduled and his team came out, they walked through everything with me again, made sure everything was trimmed safely away from our roof and even helped pull some extra branches from our side that were hanging into our neighbors. "After paying $2400 for 3 visits and 8 hours of work you've ghosted me and wont get the additional dirt you said you would. Whats worse if you arnt responding and set my project back weeks and now its raining. 2 times you said dirt would be delivered and it wasnt...then no response for a week. Poor communication throughout honestly. Then the last load you randomly dropped off after no communication has a rock so big i cant even move it. You knew the rock was in there and you knew we had no where to put it. I've sent 8 messages in 2 weeks and the only time you responded is when you had "dirt" with a 300lb rock in it and who knows what else in the middle of the pile. All of this is about 1/3 of what you said you would get us to finish the project. Disappointed because I thought I finally found a good contactor, but you are all mostly the same. "
