We discussed price--and while his price was higher than 2 others who cleaned my gutters (thus, 4 stars instead of 5), he was able to start immediately, which was a big plus since I had a badly leaking downspout. He spent about 60-90 minutes on my gutters--I have a 20,000 sg. ft. home--and installed a piece of metal hardware that keeps leaves from blocking the downspout. This was about 2 weeks ago. We've had a lot of rain, but no downpours, which really would put that downspout to the test. Regardless, the downspout doesn't seem to leak anymore, which was my primary goal in hiring Vlad. I will hire Vlad again!"
