"The team did a fantastic job building a new full bathroom on the third floor of my townhouse condo. There was no water up on that level, so it required tapping into water and sewage pipes down below, and running two new electrical circuits from the first floor. The logistics weren't easy, but they found the simplest and least disruptive method possible! Quality across the board was excellent, including the main contractor (framing, tile, cabinets) and the various subs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting). Project management of the full team went smoothly - and the project manager (Bruce) took care of contracting with and coordinating access for all the subs.
