"3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

"Jon Beckler came out to see the damage the huge pine branches caused to my roof and my siding the day after the snow storm this past Monday and Tuesday (November 30th and December 1st). He came out to see the damage and brought his crew out the next day. They were thorough and did a great job. I have used Beckler Tree Care in the past and will continue to use them because they have integrity, great service, care about their customers, and do great work! "Sold fill dirt saying it had only minimal rocks up to the size of your fist... full of giant boulders, mortered together bricks, pipe, wire, and screws. I specifically stated I was not interested in construction fill dirt. I am a middle aged woman with MS. I will now have to pay someone to move this dirt for me since it is impossible to shovel into a wheel barrow."
