"Everybody with whom I dealt with on the phone was courteous and professional. My calls were returned in a reasonably prompt manner. There were some scheduling hiccups with respect to the cleaning and installation, in part due to back-ordered guards, but the company, including Jeremiah, the owner/manager, kept us informed of the delays. Once scheduled, the work was done according to schedule. After installation, I noted some minor problems with the work, which Jeremiah personally fixed or indirectly handled, all the while communicating carefully with me and with his team. Based on Jeremiah's quick attention to customer service-- even after our bill had been paid-- I would recommend his company's services again. As for the gutter guards, we haven't had them long enough to comment on the Rhino method. We chose these partially based on their cost-efficiency; in our previous house in a more wooded setting we had full gutter covers which were maintenance-free. <br />"
