"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything. They are very generous with their time and materials. Ashley was also honest when it came to ideas I might have about different areas and if they were worth fixing monetarily. They did not just agree to do whatever I wanted, she told me if it would be in my best interest or not to fix or leave certain things. They are extremely trustworthy and efficient.
