They did this while meeting the specific criteria that we had negotiated beforehand, and even took a few opportunities to deliver additional things that I did not even originally ask for (removing newly unnecessary walls, removing shelving, etc.), at no extra cost. Very cool, kind folks. Halfway through my basement remodel, I also identified a need for a boiler repair - Tim got someone on the job within days, and my boiler is now quieter than it has ever been. "This past august Hastings and sons did a major concrete project for us. This project included a 12 ft by 12 ft slab for a shed, removal and replacement of a 12 ft by 24 ft patio including step, replacement of front poach, side walk, and removal and replacement of a 16 by 36 ft driveway. We were very disappointed with the workmanship of the driveway. We also received numerous negative comments from friends and neighbors. After seeing the driveway in person, the owner, Shawn Hastings, said the work definitely did not meet his companies standards. at our request He agreed to replace the entire driveway (For a nominal fee). This past week he made good on his promise and he and his crew replaced the driveway. We have since received Several comments from the people who saw it the first time. and they were amazed at how much better it looks now. We gladly give this work a 5 star rating (6 star if we could). We want to especially thank Shawn and his crew (Diego, Scott, and Victor). They worked well together as a team, were meticulous in doing the job right, especially in their attention to detail, and were very respectful. It was a pleasure meeting them."
