Locally family owned & operated. The owner will personally answer the phone 24/7 365! We do quality work with fair prices. “Our best abilities are our availability and accountability!” This business was started on one main principle, provide the best products, offer a commitment to excellence in our service, at a fair price, and never forget without happy customers, we will not be in business long! We currently have 10 skilled HVAC-R technicians to service the area. We offer no service call fee with repairs! Low hourly rates and cheapest installs in Bay County.

"I have to give them one star, which, in my opinion, they don't deserve, in order to do this review. Absolutely among the worst people I have ever dealt with. If Ryan was working for me, he would have been fired a long time ago due to his being so unprofessional. He has a terrible attitude and, in my opinion, based on his dealing with me, has no understanding of how to deal with customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone due to his behavior and will never use them again. The family in my rental had been without AC for over a month due to an incorrectly ordered part, by either Choice warranty or Advantage. Both denied responsibility and blamed it on the other. The AC was finally installed and the installation was not done correctly, according to what the tenant, in their opinion, told me. The tenant said that when it was on cool it blew hot air, and when on heat, blew cold air. The tech who came over the next day and the tenant told me that he (Tech) said that it had been wired incorrectly. I called and got Ryan on the phone and asked what was wrong with the unit and was told by him that it was only a stopped up drain. The tenant said that was caused when the crew that installed the unit and buried the drain. Ryan got very upset, refused to answer my questions, and hung up on me when I asked if everything had been corrected. This man needs to attend anger management classes ASAP. He called me today and informed me that he was a multimillionaire and that his partner was an Attorney and if I didn't remove this post within 24 hours, he would have his partner sue me. I had my phone on speaker as I have hearing issues and my wife heard the entire conversation. I have stated nothing in this post that is not the truth. There was a $900.00 charge for service not covered which I asked him to send me a detailed list showing what the charges were for. He again refused, but did finally admit that it was his charge, not one tacked on by Choice Warranty, but still refuse to give me a breakdown on exactly what he did for the $900.00. As of 24 July he still has not provided me with a receipt for the $900.00 charge. He did tell me that only insane people kept asking questions when they knew they would be getting the same answer. There are several other negative reviews by other former customers on other different sites regarding this company and its Ryan. Read Them. I am a 75 year old Disabled Retired Veteran and have dealt with bullies like Ryan before, so I do not fear him or his threats to file a lawsuit. I believe in doing the right thing, and treating all people well, too bad that Ryan appears to not believe the same. I have pages of documents to back up everything I have posted. As of 26 July he has not provided me with a receipt for the $900.00 charge and what it was for."

24 hour Emergency Service for Water, Fire! Smoke, Mold- Residential/Commercial. Full Service Emergency capabilities from board ups to soft contents to repairing your damage back to pre loss condition

"Was told that due to the hurricane we had to pay them upfront, which we did, and then we were responsible to submit the expense to our insurance company for reimbursement, which we did. What surprised me was that they charged us $127.84 for the estimate, as well as $1,550 for tarping ( 1-20x30 tarp = 600 sq.ft, 1- 20x40 tarp = 800 sq.ft at $1.00/sq ft., and 30 sandbags at $5.00 each). I asked if they would deduct the estimate charge since we were paying them right then and there to install the tarps but I was told that those were separate charges. On October 13, 2017 I wrote a check for $1,677.84. We were told that the tarps would be installed "sometime over that weekend", which they were. Unfortunately they didn't cover the hole over the garage and we came home to find 3-5" of water in a bucket as well as water all over the floor. I called the estimator immediately but no one showed up to the house the next day. Once I called the office someone came to reposition the tarps. Then on October 25th we came home to find the tarps had blown off our roof. I called PDR and was told that the authorization I signed states: "I acknowledge that the temporary repairs do not carry any guarantee". Unfortunately I didn't see that line when I signed digitally on the estimators IPhone. Shame on me. Advice: Print out the agreement before signing! Several calls back and forth to my insurance company and I learned that they would pay for reinstalling the tarps but that I DID NOT HAVE TO USE PDR and to get whomever I could so that the leaks wouldn't spread. I called my roofer, who came out the next morning (October 26th) and watched while one man spent half the morning cleaning up the tarps, removing the sandbags and then put tar on numerous areas over the entire roof. Then on November 13th I received a call from our insurance company asking about an invoice they received from PDR for $1,300 for reinstalling the tarps on our roof. "WHAT?" I said. They didn't reinstall the tarps! The end of the story is as frustrating as the beginning. I learned today (Feb. 12, 2018) that Paul Davis Restoration resubmitted an invoice and my insurance company paid them for services THAT THEY DID NOT DO. I have proof, pictures and an invoice from the company who DID the repairs. It's hard enough to get through the emotional stress of a hurricane, but even more disturbing when you have to fight for your right as an insured individual. Fortunately for us, only 1 of the 5 contractors we used did us wrong."
