"This was a big project. We have 3 - 10'x 8' sliding patio doors, the doors are extremely heavy. All required new sliding hardware, and one set of doors was frozen in place. We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. In the end each door had been rebuilt, and all work beautifully. Thanks, Tal for a job well done."

"Guy came out took measurments and pictures. Told him exacly what I was looking for but he could not tell me what materials would be used. 2 days later another guy comes out and knew nothing of the first guy and remeasured everything and ordered parts. I re explained what I was looking and he said he got everything ordered. Parts started arriving at me house unexpectedly. a week and a half later after all the parts came in another different guy came out and knew nothing about the job. I explained again to him what I was looking for and he looked at all the parts and said they needed to order more parts. after a few days more parts came in and another guy comes out who knew nothing about the job asked me what needed to be done. I explained again. He looked at everything and saw there were no screens but decided to pick them up instead of ordering them. Owner is the nicest guy on earth and said he would give me a break on the added parts (but it did not reflect on the final bill) took them over a week to get things finally done with the owner telling me when they started putting it up should only take a couple days which may of happened if one guy would of showned up as scheduled instead of in the afternoon and only working a few hours. In the end after a couple requested adjustments I was happy with the results. Door still not set right but I will do that myself."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Let me start by saying this job could have gone horribly wrong, and did, but my faith in Doc's was restored after they corrected all the issues caused by a very disgruntled employee, plus a couple of factory-related issues.  <br /> We scheduled our kitchen restoration to start on August 5th - everything went well until the tile person started his portion of work. He talked incessantly and didn't work while he talked, to the point that neither my husband or I wanted to be in the same room with him just to keep him working. He told us how he was going to give his notice and quit - the day he did, he left our job at noon and didn't come back. The next day, another person came to grout the tile - it was then that we took a good look at the way the tile was laid. It was crooked in some spots, unfinished on the edges, generally a very sloppy job. <br /> I called VP Jason soon after that to ask him to take a look at what was done - he came the next day with the person who did the grouting & an operations manager. They were very distraught when they saw the tile work - they decided to rectify it by ripping out the tile from a good portion of the backsplash and redoing it, which meant more tile dust, more disruption. Tile had to be ordered,  and we had visitors coming, so it was a little while before they could schedule the re-tile. There were also 2 cabinet doors that had to be redone, due to a shiny spot on the doors that happened at the factory, plus a drawer front came in the wrong size and had to be reordered. <br /> The second tile job was successful and everything was completed within a week - the company president came to see that the job was progressing as planned. They fulfilled their end of the deal and then some, and bent over backwards to ensure we, as customers, were happy and satisfied.  <br /> If we have one criticism, it would be that communication is sometimes lacking. There were a few times that we were supposed to get a return phone call which never came. Bottom line, I would recommend Doc's Restoration - my kitchen looks beautiful and it was all worth it! <br />"
